Wipers intermittant??

My wipers only work when the high beams are on OR I'm turning right with the low beams on. Is this something I can fix, or should I take it to a mechanic??

I had the same problem, there was a broken wire inside the MultiFunction switch, I was able to take it apart and re soldier it. There's not really that much inside there.

It's a 90 Mark VII. Is this something I have to remove the steering wheel for??

Just removing the trim collar (4 screws) from the column is all you need to do then you can get to the switch (2 screws). And of course, disconnect the battery first. I checked the factory shop manual for my '90 for this info.

Yup, multi-function switch is the culprit.
