Will 2003 LS windshield fit a 2000 LS?

I wanted to change my 2000 Lincoln LS's windshield. Found a great deal on craig's list but it is from a 2003 LS. Just wanted to make sure it will fit minds.

I had a chance to get a free 2nd Gen windshield and while the actual size looked the same, the area above the rear view mirror where components mount looked very different

Sorry, that is wrong. It's a standard feature IIRC.

Funny, both of mine do, as does every other gen II that I have seen. Gen II doesn't have a light or a button for the heated wiper park, but it is there. It is automatic.

My 04 most definitely has wiper park area heater.

All LSes do. The second gen just loses the manual function and it is completely automatic.
