What would cause my car not to accerlate above 10-15 mph?

I changed the plugs, coils, and everything.. now it will won't accelerate above 10 mph

So... Are you saying that the car was running with some problems, you did some work to fix an issue, and now it's worse?

my car did something like this too but it was electrical, one of the mgmt wires was frayed and it felt like the car was starting in 4th gear. I had tranny errors on the dash though.
