So I saw this over at Streetfire.net and i thought about us. Who would we battle? Maybe a cadillac. More importantly who would we put up? I think Quik would be prefect for this. What do you guys think?
 
IMO the days of Caddy vs. Lincoln are over now that one company should no longer exist :P We should make peace with our fellow countrymen and their stupid GM cars, and hate on everything from anywhere else. (After all, Lincoln "won" in the end - the war is over!)

Audi and BMW are too lofty for Lincoln to touch right now, but me and my Linc' will crap all over any Lexus or Acura that comes at it. ;) And then feed them our crap for breakfast.
 
yeah - it's an interesting idea....

I agree with the Cadillac being over... If those 'people' were dumb enough to buy such an ugly car, such an embaressment to the American Auto Industry, and don't even understand that - fighting with them it useless. It's like teaching religion to a dog - it will sit and act like it's paying attention, but have absolutely NO HOPE of actually understanding the most basic of concepts... like - they suck.

ive never been a caddy man, but if you dont like the new CTS-V, then there is something wrong with your medulla oblongata!

I dont' think the look is HORRIBLE, but it ain't good either. I just really like the numbers it's putting down.
 
I'm going to have to go with pektel on this one, its not ugly, but its not the best looking, but 0 to 60 in 3.9 I have to say the car is ugly fast
 
If we sent quick at least we know he'd be able to trash talk well!

I don't mind caddies, but they just didn't fit the bill for what I wanted. I also like volvos soo... yea, I weird.
 
It's like all their attention and time went to performance cause I'm liking those numbers a lot too, they just rushed th exterior and finished a little flat. It's ok, wouldn't mind having one to drive but then when I get out and look at it I'll regret it, but forget about it when I step on the gas.

That would be a sweet idea though, if only getting some good number for the ls didn't require so much money and custom work. +1 on sending Quick and if that fails then maybe we could just send that LS-R as a back up
 
I personally like the exterior of the Jag XF over the new CTS.

Anyway, Quik, would you go to the forum wars if we were chosen?

If you put a good driver in an LS agaist the average driver of a STI or EVO then we probably would. It seems that most owners of those cars don't know jack about how to drive it right. Most only know how to go in a straight line by dumping the clutch at redline, they wouldn't know sh1t about the road coarse.
