sun roof sun shade

Anyone know how the sun shade comes out of the sun roof track? I'm in the process of recovering the headliner.
I did a search but didn't come up with much.

Figured it out.
Don't know if this is the right way, took the 4 torx screws out to remove the glass. Remove the cross bar at the rear of the opening, two screws.
Slide the shade all the way forward and push it to one side, flex a little in the center; pull one side up and slip the other out. Careful of the flip out trim covers, they may pop outwards so just clip them back in place.
