[Solved] Need Some help ASAP Regarding SCT...

Ok i have a gen 1 lincoln LS v6 Non sport edition.
Mods:
CAI
Straight Exhaust

Now what im trying to do is flash some tunes that i got from Torrie, Who was very nice and responsive IMO. Anyways, i go to flash my ls and i follow the directions to the point and the flashing always fails or i thinks its the downloading of the firmware from the car, but it fails every time with error 1017 then error 1009.

Ive been at this for weeks and contacted SCT and even torrie has contacted SCT, im lost and torries trying his best but im just looking for advice from others here.

Is there any fuses i need to pull? or what could be going wrong here?
I do know that i have a DTC but not sure what it is(ill find it here in a bit).

Has anyone here had the same problem?

Ok i solved this but it was HELL.
I had DTC's P1233 and sometimes P1237: I did about 2 hours worth of research and traced it back to the REM unit. I totally removed the unit and the Inertia Fuel Pump Switch, cleared the codes and Got a 100% successful Flash
Then reconnected everything and Works 100%.
Torrie was great the whole time and sent the information i gave him to SCT for further investigation and as a reference.
