Secondary Chain Tensioner Question

Hello all I have a fairly simple question that I've searched on and cannot find the answer. I need to replace the secondary tensioners on my 00 V8. Are the tensioners the same for all model years? I can find listings for 2002-06 but not 00 or 01. They look the same, but on ford parts they show as side specific for 00 and the same for both sides on a 02. I can find tensioners for the 02 locally and was hoping they would work as time is of the essence.

You can use any 3.9 upper tensioners. The difference is the bolts that bolt them on are a different length since the tensioner body is slightly different. The new tensioners will probably come with new bolts so there shouldn't be a problem.
