Rough idle

Hi guys, I need some help with my 96 mark viii. I replaced the IAC, and TPS the other day because I had a very rough idle and had to let it warm up to drive. It fixed the rough idle a little bit but still isn't right, so i seafoamed it 2 times to clean out the carbon build up. I still have to let it warm up before I can drive... I also know my IMRC are not stuck because I was able to move them. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'd also check your voltage and fuel pressure at idle. When my alt was dieing the voltage would drop to sub 12.4 and the rough idle would start.
