Doesn't matter how much you save, if they won't send the parts you order. I ordered a Moog wheel hub, received a Value Pro hub in a Moog box. Then they gave me a ration of crap for complaining about it. I won't order from them anymore, but I'm glad to give them all the free advertising they can handle.
I'd not have had a problem with them, had they handled the return with professionalism especially when you consider how many thousands of dollars I've spent with them.
I had to give them a hard time about a wheel bearing for the wife's car that I put new ones on and the right side failed within a few months.
Told them I didn't need to order anymore of their parts if the were going to start sending me crap like that.
Wanted me to buy another one, pay the shipping again, then they'd refund me the price of the part back once I shipped the defective one back.
I don't think so ... How'd George Bush put it that day: "Fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."
Shipping back and forth costs me more ... so we settled on this instead.
get this ... bought one fuel filter for the LS with it. LOL (shipping to CDN)
