Replacing the Steering Wheel?

I have a 2000 LS V8 sport. I want to replace my regular steering wheel with the wood grain one. I found a used one on ebay:

It looks like it doesn't have the air bag. Everything on my steering wheel is fine. So how hard is it to take out my original Steering Wheel and air bag and install the wood grain steering wheel along with my air bag? Has anyone done this? What should I look out for?
