Removing visor screw cover

I am trying to remove the right hand mounting screws for pass side visor Gen 2. I read that the cover can be pryed off with a small flat tip screwdriver. Im having no luck. Whats the secret to removing this cover? T.I.A

Screw driver and manly strength IIRC.

It's a pain and you'll think that you are going to break it (and you might). You have to twist and bend it to get it off.
