Rear Center Neon Brake Light

I noticed the the center neon light doesn't turn on when I press the brake. There is a small crack on the red lens and moisture has gotten in. Are these fixable ??? Is there a procedure to fixing these ???? I thoughts I'd put it here on the brakes forum, maybe more people would see it..
