Picked up an 06 LS V8; 35k miles!

Snatched this 06 LS V8 with under 35k miles for $8700! Some blemishes on the exterior due to the elderly previous
owner, but the interior is in great condition and the powertrain is flawless.

Looking to restore the exterior and to get some subtle cosmetic mods (i.e. McLaren grill, smoked taillights, etc.)
later and possibly exhaust. Anything I should be aware of in terms of maintenance and issues? Let me know your thoughts.

Seal around the pcm where it goes thru the fire wall, and also the plastic that holds the cabin air filter, put silicone anywhere they have that bs weather striping, and take care of your sunroof drains

Thanks for the insight. Yeah Michigan is really going to put this car through hell. It'll need all the help it can get if I want it to last as long as I want it to.

Wow would love to see more pics but what color is that? It looks silver but hard to tell. That is a gorgeous car and yea I would say not a bad deal at all if you're planning on keeping the car and doing a few subtle mods to her. Congrats Homie!
