I replaced all of my spark plugs and COP's about four days ago because of hesitation and a constant misfire. When i pulled the plugs they were all rusty and were completely black (Previous owner probably never changed them). I put in new autolite double platinum plugs as those were the ones that came out of it. Anyways after replacing the stuff the car still ran like :q:q:q:q (rough idle, hesitation, bucking) so i pulled the spark plugs and found that cylinder 4 and 7 had oil on the electrode. Mind you gaskets and o rings were replaced 1 year ago at a shop and the COP and cylinder leading to the plugs was completely dry. I'm thinking i have a serious problem with my piston rings or something... Thoughts?

Probably so, but it might be valve steam seals instead.
Start the engine and remove the oil fill cap. Place your hand over the cap. You should feel a slight, constant, suction. If you feel puffs of air instead, you have some shot rings.
