obd1 code 332 meaning?

trying to help out a friend with a (beat) 94, getting this OBD1 code (332)-from what I can find on the net, it has something to do with the EGR not opening properly. I tried to locate the egr, but can't find it-and, of course, I am fairly certain that it must have some kind of 'controller' that makes it work, since these things aren't like the simple EGR's like on older, carbed engines.

Anyone out there with a background in OBD1 4.6's point me in the right direction? The car runs pretty good, I just want to correct and clear this code before tackle the numerous other problems this heep has going-thanks

EGR is located on drivers side back of the head. Check for vacuum leak and the tube it self. You need to get under the car to check the tube, know failure point is tube breaking. Major PITA to change tube with trans in car
