Need to find an amp

i was wondering if you guys could give me some help in finding a decent amp. i need an amp that will power 2 subs at 2 ohm putting out 1000w rms...suggestions please

older but a goody..mtx 1501d..1500rms @2ohm. around 250 bucks. You can mod it to do upwards of 2000rms@.5ohm..The mod takes about 5 min total. Just a fyi..I looooooooooooooooooooooooooved mine.

lol i remember that amp and mod. Dont you think the 1500rms at 2 ohms tho would blow the subs?

Probably. Your original post is confusing. Do you have 2 subs needing 500w each? Or 2 subs needing 1000w each?
