Need help with a new transmission.

OK guys, I know I am not the most active member on LVC but I thought I would ask for your help. I have an issue with the transmission in my 2003 Lincoln LS, V8. Its slamming going into almost all the gears. Hard.. Its hard enough to make the traction control freak out. Tranny place said he was going to have to replace the solenoid assembly and some other stuff that I cant remember. But with a 5 month old baby girl and this being our family car, we are having to still drive it daily. Just really carefully..

The reason for this post is I started to ask around for donations. Please if you can help me I would be forever greatful. I already have a little saved up from selling off some stuff I had laying around, but still shy a pretty penny.. Thanks if you can help.. Bobby

Well I guess asking was a longshot.. Wife and I discussed it and we are just going to drive it easy until we get our income taxes in. Then we will get it fixed..
