NAV issues...

So......

Just took my wife's LS out for an errand and tried to enter the range where my daughter and I are going shooting tonight. I pressed the "POI" soft button and it darkened but won't populate POIs. The other 3 options are selectable and work just fine. I checked and the disc is correctly installed. This is a new development as it worked just fine not too long ago. The only think I've done differently is a paint correction last Monday.

Ideas??

Maybe the nav DVD is failing, either the disc itself (coating can oxidize) or the drive (laser getting weak)?
