Hey guys. Has anyone here lowered their 98-01continental? I have thought about it but im not sure how to go about doing it. I know that the factory air ride will have to be removed and replaced with struts but I was told that once you go with struts you are locked out of the computer and cannot clear the error message that comes up much like the door ajar message. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

The air leveling suspension is only the rear. You could try to adjust the level by moving the ball stud that the sensor is attached to. This is how you would make adjustments to the level if it was off. If you can get it down to where you want it that would save you some money and keep the error off. The front is standard strut suspension with optional ride select. If you have the option there is a wire going to the strut and a firm, normal, and plush selection vehicle menu.
