K&N 57 series FIPK???

I have no direct experience of the part you referenced, but it is the usual procedure to take the kit and simply do an exchange. I don't believe you'd need to buy anything extra. I've done the same thing to my '02 and that's what was necessary in my case. You might call Summit and ask, just to be sure. They're pretty knowledgeable and friendly over there.

Yes you transfer the MAF sensor over to the K&N intake tube. Worth it just for the growl, but def makes a couple HP. I had one on my 06.

The K&N kits even come with the allen wrench size needed to remove the screws on the MAF. You truly need no other parts than what's included with the K&N kit, although a can of carb cleaner is a wise investment, as this is a good time to clean the throttle body & valve.

There is a special sort of MAF cleaner that comes in a spray can. Carb cleaner is quite aggressive and the MAF stuff is formulated specifically for the rather delicate MAF parts.
