Why me?
OAN I have totaled two airplanes in two days. My P-51 got to over 100 MPH and it ripped the tail off in flight and crashed hard. So today I put its powerplant in my Corsair and its wings folded doing an un-commanded vertical pull at WOT and then nose planted itself. Heard the crash from over 1/4 mile away. :lol:
These models were designed for 40 mph with 180 watt motors. I ran them at just over 750 watts and dang near tripple their rated speed. Guess it was a tad too much. :lol:
