Just Bought My Second Continental

Hey everyone this is my first post. My first car was a 96 Lincoln Continental I bought it in January 20th for $2000 with 232,000 miles on it and it's still running to this day. Well today I just bought my second Continental a 97 for $1800 with only 170,000 miles! What a great deal!! I plan on using my old Continental for parts when my newer one starts having issues. My old one is a beater anyway, my 97 is in a lot better shape but still has some issues like the front end being different colors from the rest of the body but it's still in good condition co side ring the age.

In a salt state you'll probably have the car rot away before the drivetrain has any real issues. It's all about timing with these cars; they are unloved on the market so you can sometimes score a killer deal on a "little old lady's car" for not much $$ at all. I know I'd never sell mine - it's worth more to me in its current condition than anyone would ever pay for it.
