All my parts came in today! Coil conversion from American Air, and my exhaust tip from Jamie. Only thing that is missing is my SVTP sticker

same here all my stereo equipment is coming in too, just waiting on one more set of components to arrive before i tear the interior out!!

its like porn.

yup i know the feeling got my tokico blues and intrax springs and was like a proud papa. even told my roomy that car parts are like porn. they get you all worked up and then you gotta go do the work

o and you allways end up dirty with a smile on your face :D

what a P I T A

Since the car is slammed on the ground, I had to use the cars POS jack to attempt to get it up. Well, that POS jack is a POS for a reason. Damn thing broke before the car was even off the ground. Had to go to plan B and use the jack out of my jeep. I really hope tomorrow is going to go a little more smoothly.

i have found if you turn the wheels all the way one way. you can squeze a jack betwene the rear of the front tire and the fender. under the pc of steel that looks like a tie down spot. but do not trust it to hold your car up!!!!!! just get it up enough to stick a few boards under it and then you can jack it up if you only have one jack

when a mark is slammed and you need to get a real jack under it, cut up a piece of 2x6 or 2x8 into pieces and lay them in front of all 4 tires then gently drive up onto them, you'll then be able to get a real jack under the car.

his idea is better

you are right i did not think about that when i did it. my car was not running but i was able to get a 2 1/2 ton jack under there. but that would be the smarter way to do it my bad. yes sir right now my bad

I made a set of shorty ramps out of two 2"X 6" nailed together and cut on a 30 degree angle just for that purpose. They have come in handy more than once.
