interior/courtesy lights STUCK ON!

i just went outside to go for a drive and after driving for a few seconds i noticed the interior lights were on. opened and closed all door and trunk, AND the hood for good measure but to no avail. what could this be. i did notice that when i was pushing the button on the remote the turn signals flashed 4 times. not sure what that means or if that could have anything to do with it but i need help fast PLEASE LOL.

have you checked the dim knob on the driver side it might be fully switched to on. Even though if that is on after 15 mins its shuts off i believe

theres a dial/switch to dim the interior lights next to your headlight switch, if its all the way up your interior light will stay on

thanks for the help guys!!! i just slid it down a bit and locked the doors and it worked. i tried that before and while i was driving and nothing happened. im not dumb i promise, lol. thanks again!
