I recently bought a 97 TC Cartier :) with a blown rear air suspension bag :( and replaced it with springs. I followed the instructions for installing the springs and the first thing to do is to turn off the system by flipping the switch in the trunk to the 'OFF' position. It was really a easy job to replace the springs. :p
When I finished I read the instructions and to turn off the light and it was telling me to go behind the glove box and the module their has two connectors, one grey, one black. In the bundle of wires coming out of the black connector find the dark green wire with light green strip and cut. It was that easy.

But I didn't do it. I don't know why but I did. Then went driving. Four days later the light still has not come on and dont expect it to. After all, I turned the suspension off. ;)

Is there anything wrong with the way I've done this? Do I need to cut the wire?

Thanks for the info! I have 2 Towncars Ive replaced the springs on. Ill try this.
