Boy it would sure be great to see that LS in Boscobel on the 15th of July.
I landed three more sponsors.
Dunlop possible free tires and "custom" vinyl decals.
Suicide Doors free universal hinges. Thats right, the rear doors are getting suicided this winter.
Street FX an underbody light kit company free kit.
Bit of a minor sponsorship deal with a vinyl company to redo all my vinyl work. I have to call them monday to see if we can reach a deal.

Future being two or three years from now. He explains to me he represences a company that does univerasl kits. He flat out told me he would send me a FREE set of hinges. We exchanged info. He said he would get ahold of me monday or tuesday about shipping and hammer out the details.

Universal hinges are only 125/pr. I'd pay that out of pocket to keep that f[beep]g vinyl off my car, but that's me.

But the schedules, contracts saying you have so much time to put stuff on your car, them not covering cost of labor, paint, etc, and also TELLING you what to do to your car, no thanks. I was thinking of getting suicide doors but backed out because of the rear fender being part of the door problem. When you figure out how to bypass this issue I would love to hear about it.

get ur license plate off for the shows!!!.. atleast cover it up.. i heard some bad stories about that..
secondly.. the hinges go for 500.. the install will be the mission because ur gonna have to paint and etc.. make sure they dont give u a time frame to install those hinges.. ur gonna have to weld and fabricate alot to do it.. mainly because of the groves the LS has on the rear doors.. best of luck.. and nice pics..

Also, I plan to two tone the LS after the suicide install is done. I am relocating the door handles to the opposite end of the door. The rear quarter and wheel well area will have to be reinforce along with the door itself. I have a person/shop wanting to do it. The owner/friend likes challenges. Another friend just open his own shop. Wants to paint the car to show off his work. He and I will knock it out. It will not cost me much just time to do it.then what are u waiting for? lol.. when i ffirst went to get sponsored they offerd me lots but i had to pony the install price.. i eventually found a shop.. if ur gonna two-tone it..
i say keep the top half red, and the bottom half black.. then u can paint the rims the red on the car and it will stand out on the black.. i say this now, cause i know eventually u will have a thread on opinions..

Black on top Autumn red on the bottom keep the chrome rims. BTW My vanity plates are on the way. So the old ones will not do anyone any good.
I hops to have a custom airbrushed plate done for car shows. Thanks for the input. Its always good to get different opinions. Keep my options open.

Th truck has a BBQ mounted to the trailer hitch. You can barely see it on the far left in the picture. Under the bed cover was a 42' flat screen TV that folded down for your veiwing pleasure.
