I don't know how those end links are but I purchased mine from rockauto.com for half of what that price is and haven't had a problem with them in the 5 months they've been on my car.

Wow, thats cool these guys are selling the end links now. I had to replace mine and they are more expensive than 59 for both. These look like tie rods behind the back rear axles. Mine were shot and I had weird movement from the rear end on the highway. Now its much more solid. Huge difference.
