Hello everyone, I have been considering just putting everything about this car into one thread since I had some new stuff to update, but hated how everything was in different posts. So now I can be cool like Laser, sapp, and Jamie :D

This is how the car looked when I first saw the car at Jamie's place like 4 years ago. The story as I understand it was that a customer brought it to Jamie to fix it up because he wanted to sell it. Matt, the guy that works in the shop with Jamie decided he wanted the car, but I think the car had snowflakes on it, and they threw 10 spokes on it. Matt decided to buy it for his wife to drive. Later after, the trans took a dump and only had 1st and 2nd gear. She, I guess figured that once a car breaks it won't be right again and she wanted a different car to drive. I think I was at Jamie's picking up som parts and Matt asked me if I might be interested in trading for the 94. I had my SHO at the time and he was interested in that, but his 'ol lady wasn't comfortable driving stick. I talked to my wife and asked her if she was interested in trading, she said lets go check it out. I found out later, my wife didn't really want the car, but she knew I did, so she agreed. We traded a really nice (imo) 97 Taurus with the 24v motor and the suspension was upgraded with SHO parts, the sucker would really handle. I can't find a picture of that car :(

We drove the car from Tampa to Orlando with only 1st and 2nd gear, that was fun, but I shortly after installed a trans that I bought from Jamie that was intended for my 97. It is J-modded now with updated springs and a new accumulator piston.

These are pictures after I got the car.

The car was actually my wife's driver for a long time, as I had my black 97, which is now TiltedHalo's car and my 95 Taurus SHO. The 94 got the 97s Octi wheels before I sold it. Both cars are gone now and my wife is driving an Explorer so I got to start DDing the mark about a year ago.

The car really didn't ever need anything done to it, except for a passenger side air bag which was replaced with an AAS bag, and a rear bag, which came from a JY car. Also I have replaced the ABS pump motor, mine went dead and would throw a code intermittently when the car would first hit 20mph. I put a JY pump in that looked worse than what I had, cleaned it up and stabbed it in. The pump leaked between the HCU and the pump so I had to swap parts between the 2 parts to get 1 good working pump and put it all back in again. (http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=61122)

I also took the car to the track and made the following times:
First Run
Reaction: .303
T1: 2.336
T2: 6.616
E.T.: 10.014
MPH: 73.147

Second Run
Reaction: .111
T1: 2.544
T2: 6.927
E.T.: 10.355
MPH: 72.532
Thats only with a j-mod.

Installed a Reinhart chip tuned for 3:73s. I have the gears, but they are not installed yet, looking for a diff. The shifting is a little late, but it doesn't really bother me. The car has definately picked up some power.

I installed a set of DDM tuning HIDs in 96LSC housings in the High/Low position. I don't have pictures of the install but here is the day look.
Thru the grille you can see the ballasts.

Car also got a front brake overhaul with new pads and sway bar links.

I had a lot of Interior business going on, and I'm not going to link all of that here, but you can search for it under my name. But the car went from saddle interior to black.

The most recent updates to the car is the new front bumper, grille, and chrome trim. This is the car the grille and bumper cover came from.

The front bumper was chipped up really bad, and had been repainted with a single stage paint before I bought it, so the chipping was worse than normal. The bumper cover was redone in base/clear and the license plate bracket holes were filled, and the indent for the Mark VIII emblem under the driver light was filled. That bumper was painted about 2 days before I moved to FL, so it got wrapped up in a comforter and I put it in my friends garage. Finally got a wild bug up my butt to install it.

Thats my post for today, I will add more when I get to it!

A grille really does a lot to make the car look better. I just hope mine stays nice for many many more years.

Car is lookin verry verry nice my fiend! :) That is most definatly a Frist Gen I would be very proud to own. Cant wait to sse what seh morphs into.

Cangrats againg mang.

Thank you for the complements! Right now I am working on getting a TL carrier and kicking around the idea of picking up the LMS hood with my tax money, however I just found out my wife and I are pregnant, so part of me feels like I should not be spending money? I donno. The car is going to probably start living in the garage now that I work at Disney and only live 18 minutes from work. I'll start driving my wife's explorer since she doesn't have a job right now. The door panels need a little bit of massaging with a heat gun as it is sagging in a couple spots. Other than that i would like to retint it and get the headliner redone in black. The rest of the interior looks GREAT! I have taken to blowing out the interior every other week or so at work with compressed air, keeps me from having to vacuum ever. I also need to paint the side door trim on the car. It really is great looking though. I also repaired my exhaust leak. I got the piping so tight and fit well enough that there is no clamps on it right now and there are no leaks. The P/S cat was definately the cause of the leak. I will take it to an exhaust shop when I do the mufflers and have them throw some welds on the connector I installed.

Specs on the car:
235/55R16s BFGs on Octastars
Dennis Reinhart Chip
96 LSC headlight housings with DDM 6000k HIDs
98 LSC Dual Exhaust
Black interior swap from Saddle

wow thanks for the phone call about a baby dickhead!!! congrats dude. what did you ever do about that cracked cat? and you didnt say anything about the lsc exhaust with gen 2 tips we put on it, where are the pics?

I had been contemplating adding all of the pictures today, but it took me long enough just to get all of these pictures together. I need to take some more/better pictures of the exhaust. Ill go out right now and take a pic of my exhaust repair. Im cheap and OCD when it comes to my car and didnt want an exhaust shop work on my car, so I just did the repair myself.

To those that didn't know, the passenger side cat on the LSC exhaust was cracked when Jaime and I installed it. We lobbed my old cat off and threw it in my trunk until a couple weeks ago...

The pipe fits so tight that it doesnt need any clamps or anything. I'm just going to get it welded. The coupler is 4" long so it is very sturdy.

Washed and waxed the car today. It was 78* in my neck of the woods today. I gotta give props to my wife, she waxed and I followed with a micro fiber towel. The pictures are kinda lame, it was just too damn dark. I will get some nicer photos as soon as I can.

I really need to paint the side trim on the car, but still haven't looked into finding an aerasol can with the paint match. The pix mainly just show how nice the chrome and paint is... ENJOY!

Had to replace my powersteering pressure line today. I believe what happened was the o-ring inside the fitting let go. It was leaking from between the fitting and the line profusely. I lost all of my fluid within 5 miles when I drove it home the other night. It sat until yesterday when I picked the hose up at PepBoys for right at 30 bux.

The house we are in right now is a rental, and we have only been there for about 2 months so I had to clean the garage up a little to get the car in there without anything too close to it.

I popped the height sensors off and let the car pump up, then shut off the AS switch to keep it at a higher position. Then put the ramps under the front of the car.

Brought a bunch of my tools home to do the job...

And lastly, I always am an advocate of wearing nitrile gloves when you work... If the phone rings, or you gotta take a piss, 3 seconds to whip the gloves off and you are clean. Here are my pretty hands...

System didn't take any time to bleed, and it is back on the road. UPS shows my trim paint will be here tomorrow evening, so hopefully the next pictures I post will be of the door mouldings finally painted...

That T-Maxx has a lot of work into it that some would never realize. It was a 4909 with a 3.3. That is the shorter wheelbase truck with reverse. It has a 4908 Chassis plate making it an extended truck, with a 4908 body. I also changed it to run with the stronger 4908 model drive shafts. The body has never been run, and I have nice tire/rims that go on it when it is all cleaned up. Unfortunately, I have blown the motor up twice, and I spent wayy too much money on it, so for now, it sits. It has aluminum bulkheads and strut towers. Its a really nice truck, just spent wayy too much money on it.

There is a stock car body sitting there, that is an old 4-tec body that my buddy had that he wrecked and sold me the motor out of. I cut new holes in it so I could bash the truck and not scratch up my nice body. The die-cast pickup is a 6.0 PowerStroke Diesel that Ford gave to all the Diesel certified technicians in 2006 I think, 2007 was a Leather(sheepskin) jacket. Its pretty spiffy.

I had a nitro rc car and i got it free and put more $$$$ in it then i did my pick up truck thats when i sold it and broke even :)
