Hey everyone,

I've had several request lately for Delrin Bushings, and am wanting to try and get a group buy together. I had made a test set almost a year ago for 94m5 and after installing them aprox 6 months ago, we are ready for a production run. We are making the rear lower control arm and knuckle sets of delrin bushings with hard lube coated pins for aprox. $400, IF we can get ten orders. Once there is enough interests in at least ten orders I will get a set price and will most likely ask for a small deposit in order to make sure of an accurate number of orders.

This is a HELL OF A DEAL for this setup. The increased tire control and ride quality is incredible.

This is a few pictures of the prototype set that is currently installed on my 97. I will have it availible in Boscobel next weekend for everyone who's there to sample the benefits they provide.

If you can afford them, by all means get them, you won't regret it,

Not doing the subframe bushings at the moment but plan to in the future.

Will be asking for something like a $50 deposit to make sure of an accurate order.

Lube coating is aprox a 2 week turn around. Not sure that we could get material etc and get them turned out by the end of July.

He had a nice one from Grizzly that I recall. Mine is a 40's Sheldon... Well used, but works like a champ.

getting material scheduled for mon. and I am going to start on these. We are 2 short of the ten orders needed but a few members are needing them in a more timely manner. Will have all the shipping quotes and a set price on mon. I will then need a $50 deposit and a measurement for your top knuckle bushing.

I'm in.

Question: What are "hard lube coated pins"? Does this mean no need for zerk fittings?

I'm interested in a set

I talked to an auto shop specializing in suspension and alignment repairs today and they quoted me about $700 to install the rear LCA/knuckle bushings

Also, I haven't seen anybody since Gino or Doug selling replacement rear knuckle bushings

PM sent with my info
