Google something like "buy dash insert kit" and you should get all kinds of options.

The '03 dash pieces "should" fit, but the console won't.

The only two pieces from the '03 dash kit that will fit the prior years is the Center Vent piece and the standard radio piece. Nothing else will because 98% of the interior pieces were all re-designed.
