Couple 95 Conti Questions radio & trunk brake light

First off I have a couple questions:

1) what is the correct metra bypass harness part number for a 95 Continental, non JBL system, just with an amplifier, no sub


2) How do you remove the trunk lid mounted brake light/reverse light assembly?
