Check engine light?

I got this yellow light to appear a few days ago. Not sure if it's the check engine light or what, it seems kind of subtle for a check engine light. I replaced all my coils a few months back and the car is running great and temperature is fine. Any ideas what this could be?

Also ran through all the statuses and everything was fine.

yes, the icon that is in the shape of an engine, is the check engine light.
