I'd like to contact the owner somehow, it has CA plates
appears to be stolen, I don't want to call the cops because I don't want to get involved, it had an orange sticker on it at one point, but has been removed.
The front tire is almost completely off the rim, otherwise looks great
It's been there a month or so, the property owners are going to have it towed soon.

how would you be able to contact the owners by seeing the carfax report?
carfax wont tell you the owners info, right?

I wouldn't be able to, I'm curious to see what it would mention about the car though.
I've checked the vin and plate with gov stolen vehicle databases, both show up as not being stolen. Maybe it was stolen from a dead person or something :shifty:
