Ok I need to correct my camber for my allignment they told me that a kit for just the front right would cost $200 somthing bucks with labore. Does this sound right?

One other thing is that I would like to lower my car really low and add camber Im kinda stuck on what I should do.

I know the allignment would have to be set again anyways after the lowering job but how about my camber after the lowering job, how should it be set...can it be set with the factory suspension or do I need a kit for all 4?

Only the Front is adjustable - the rears are not.
Eibach is the only kit I know of -> http://www.drivewire.com/performanceparts/eibach/lincolnlsalignmentkit.html
The two people I know that installed this kit removed it several days later since the kit seemed poorly designed.
Correct!

The camber kit is only a set of cam bolts and are unnecessary. A top notch alignment shop with an up to date computer rack can align any LS, even with a 2" drop. It will be close to the limit of the factory specs, but it will be within them. Just make sure both sides are equal, front and rear.

How do I change the rear if its not adjustable like the front.

The hell with going fast with my LS i allready did alot of going fast enough and haveing fun, now Im going back to my original plan to drop it low and camber the wheels so they will fit tucked in. First Im doing springs then by the fall when I have the feel and everything down I think I will get Bags and let it touch the ground in park.

I will use this as a perfect example Iancusp.

Tilting your wheels inward or outward is camber. This has seriouse -/camber, a bit to much but its still in the ball park

Most of the Intrax kits are only the bolts - very few of the kits include all the pieces shown in the picture. I cannot find a pic of the Lincoln version - you'll have to make a call...

Will do, I get a pic but like I said its a bit to in detail for only 60 somthing bucks.

Thread resurrection huh?
I have a -1.6 camber on my front right. How should I correct it? There is only one movable stud, the one holding the front of the lower control arm. Am I missing something??
