Thought I would discuss on how to change your cabin air filter on 98-02 Continentals.
First pull back the weather stripping under the black cowl vent screen:
It also gives you instructions on the cowl vent:
Be careful while you pull up and push down (when putting back on) on the black cowl trim, there are plastic tabs that could break. Here is the filter, there is a tab on the right as you can see, pull up on that and remove filter. Be sure to vacuum out any debris in the screen:
Filter brand is up to you.
