automatic climate control

Hi all, I have a 91 Continental, and the buttons on the climate control are broken (worn out really). they all work properly, but the plastic button is broken and when the lights are on, several of them let white light thru them instead of lighting up green.

How hard of a job is it to change out the climate control?

You remove the surrounding dash pieces, plug in a few tubes and a harness, re-install the dash parts and you're done...
