Yea. Seen that. I also bought my car in michigan. But i was curious if anyone has been involved in a case.

it varies definitely state to state, when i was in mass i think 30 days,in florida its 48 hrs for refund, but even then its civil infraction, court forms, lawyers, long time, yada, yada, yada. better off kneecapping the s.o.b.

My brothers bother in law bought a Focus that had a check engine light on constantly for something stupid. Took him quite some time but he got the Lemon law to work in PA and they gave him his money back.

Don't know the details on what he went threw but now he has a late 90's Suburban in it's place so?
