So I got a 01 Conti. Only 100,463 miles on it. Absolutely perfect condition. Except for the fact that it’s throwing a P0500, U1039, and B1342. As well as codes for each wheel speed sensor “input signal lost.” ABS and traction control are inoperable, shows dashes instead of mileage, and little screen says “check transmission”, “check traction control”, and “distance data error”. I have cleaned each wheel speed sensor and connections, replaced Vehicle speed sensor on transmission twice, re wired a new connection to VSS, cleaned each and every ground connection I could possibly find in the engine bay, cleaned battery terminals, and swapped back to halogen headlights even tho I’ve had LED for a year with no sort of electrical issues until about 3 weeks ago. Alternator was brand new about 8k miles ago, so still pretty new. Nothing has fixed this issue. Have done about 15k miles in 6 months and it’s been absolutely amazing. Also I should note that this car has been through tremendous amounts of mud and snow, but has been fully washed away as much as possible. I would love to get this car fixed if anyone has any other ideas. Or if someone had the same issues, what’s was ur solution?
