This thread is how to remove the wiper arms on 98-02 Continentals. You will need a 3/8s drive, 15 mm 6 point socket for the wiper nuts.
Open the hood, the passenger side arm has a bigger indentation along with a smaller wiper blade:
There will be a dust cap that snaps on and off remove it:
Use the 15 mm 6 point socket to take the nut off:
Wiper arm removed: Same procedure goes for the passenger side..
There are small etched rectangles on both drivers side and passenger side of windshield. These are your alignment marks to line up the wiper blades:
Reverse process to install.
