2009 Boscobel Beach Party

Quick question for all who usually attend every year...

Pepperman, Chicken and Ms Chicken, 02LSE....etc, Ms...8tress (LOL)... brentallan, Conti ...... etc... and anyone else who wants to chime in.

How about doing the Beach Party in Middle to Late June???? Maybe the 3rd weekend in June.. Weekend of June 20th???

I'm just looking for input and what might bring in more people...

BUT first I want to be loyal to those who have made the effort to come every year. (Hope Debi has fixed her rear end by next year LOL, and Brent has not more brother's having surprise bachelor parties or at least have them in Boscobel).

Good to here those who are planning on coming.. I just want to know if a different date would work better for us. I want to hear from Brent also as his teaching schedule need to work around the Beach Party. Those who missed out on meeting Brent this year really missed out on meeting someone unique....

Teaching schedule is worked out, I am not doing any Fridays this year so any weekend will be fine. I prefer the weekend of July 18th actually, but I should be able to make any weekend.

Well it doesn't look like the date is an issue... so .... as of now I'm thinking of keeping the weekend as is... 3 weekend in July.... I'll post a thread in a few weeks for people to set the date aside...

Also will be posting about the Christmas Party shortly...

Rich has said in chat that the meet will be the third weekend in July and his Goldwing meet will be in June. It will be cool to see you at the meet 96hotrodlincoln.

July works out good for me. I'll have to see if I can make the Goldwing one in June because we usually take a family vacation mid-June.
