Haven't been here in forever, but I thouht I'd at least post this. I still haven't found another car but listing this will make me even more motivated to find something. I'm looking to buy a 2000-2004 STS with low miles. Or a 4th Gen Camaro Z28 w/6 speed.
1998 Cadillac Seville STS
141,700 miles
VIN: 1G6KY5491WU922563
Engine was replaced at about 98,000 miles. Replaced with another '98 STS engine with no more than 10,000 miles on it. Engine should now have no more than 53,000 miles on it
I'm the second owner. Bought January 20th, 2004 with 72,000 miles.
DOHC 32V Northstar V8 - 300HP/295 ft·lb
What's wrong with it: Extremely slow power steering pressure hose leak. Shimmy at highway speeds. Brake rotors need turning. DIC shows "CHECK COOLANT LEVEL" but this is due to a broken sensor and not an actual coolant problem. Same with brake pad wear indicators. Service Stability System message shows, but I've never experienced any problem with the Stability control even with that message on. Front Drivers side seat warmer does not work.
I'll take pics of the body flaws later. They are very small and barely noticeable. If you look at the pic of the new tips you car see a scratch on the bumper below the left tail light. You can tell I take extremely good care of this car. It looks this good, and I've never had it in a garage.

These pics were taken at 125,000 miles. The car looks pretty much the same with 141,000 miles on it. I Keep this car exceptionally clean. I have looked at 2000-2002's with 50,000 miles and they don't look this good.
These are the tips currently on it.
