Thank you for your kind greetings.
I want to Sea Foam but cannot get the dual clamp to budge at the end of the brake booster vacuum hose.
Could someone please give me some encouragement to instead pull the connector out from the grommet where this hose ultimately enters the brake booster?
Here's an example: http://www.ehow.com/video_2328162_removing-brake-booster-vacuum-hose.html
Would YOU do such a procedure?

shouldnt you just be able to pull the rubber fitting off the pcv valve and do it that way

Thanks Young. I've read and watched so many videos...that the brake booster line is the best one to use. I've also seen your method as viable.

dont quote me on it though but after all my research i did last month doing it through the rubber fitting at the pcv valve seems easiest soon im foaming my 302k mark its never been foamed b4

if you're gonna seafoam, brake booster line has a lot of vac and will suck up the sea foam.
personally, i wouldn't bother. having had a high mileage intake apart, i doubt seafoam could do anything to that buildup.
