I have a 04 Lincoln LS V6. When I am driving down the road the air is cool. In really hot weather it is just cool not cold. When I am driving in town at lower rpm's the air does not cool at all. The freon is full, I have opened up coolant bleeder to make sure it does not have air in it. When I drive to work in the mornings I see the windshield at defroster is starting to get moister building up. I have noticed that when I first crank up it takes a few extra seconds for the air to come out of the vents. Can anyone PLEASE help me with this?
