02 LS passenger side swaybar bushing

Hi,
I have looked through as many threads as I could but I am still having trouble with the passenger side bushing bracket top bolt. I have the DCCV bracket loose. How do you hold it up out of the way and do you get the bolt from the top side or bottom side of the car?

Socket gets placed with nut on from underneath, swivel & long extension ratchet from atop.
moovit penetration fluid a day before then snap it loose.

Did mine yesterday, 13mm swivel socket on a 1/2" drive ratchet. I pushed the DCCV up and forward and the bolt was easy to get at.
