    Door Won't Unlock!!

If the other door works, then it's probabaly a frozen actuator. You could also test for power out of the keyless entry module in the trunk for that door, but 99% sure it's just a frozen actuator.

    Anyone

Are you sure the lines aren't leaking at the seals? You should have installed new teflon seals with the new rack. New ones are available at the dealer parts counter for a dollar or so each.

    darn brakes

It could be a number of things, including the accumulator, a pressure switch, or the pump. Check out the tech articles at lincolnsonline.com to learn about the system and the troubleshoot procedures. It's not a hard system to fix, but you need background info to do it.

    Damaged door

1983-1986 Thunderbird/Cougar doors will fit and 1987-88 might fit, but the moulding areas may be slightly different. I would try and find a door closer to the coast. Try www.car-part.com for another door. 1984-92 doors will be the same and the Bill Blass/base model door will work with trim...

    Diesel M7 needs Coolant tank

You need a coolant expansion tank? See if a 5.0 tank fits or one from another Fox platform car. If it's really different, it might be a BMW part. The water pump should be available from the local BMW dealer or a parts dealer.

Geno, how loud are the mufflers? What other mufflers would you compare them to in loudness?

    Exhaust advice wanted

I thought the Ultra Flows were quieter. Good to know. It looks like I will be using two Magnaflows because they're stainless. X pipe is better at scavenging exhaust gasses. It changes the exhaust sound a little. It's a little quieter and a little mellower from what has been described to me...

    Exhaust advice wanted

I'd go with Dynomax Super Turbos, Dynomax Ultra Flows, or Magnaflows. All flow well and aren't excessively loud. Flowmasters will sound lound and deep (their selling point), but their flow rates aren't impressive. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

    Steering problem?

How many miles are on the car? If it's up there, the rack might be getting worn out. What does your rag joint look like? It's a rubber donut on the steering shaft.
