Trying to replace one stud on rear wheel. I'm down to the axle shaft and it looks like I'll have to remove the nut and then try to free the hub. I cannot get the stud in from the back. It is too long. Anyone have any other ideas?

I'm callin it. Fixed. No leaks at all over the past several days. Before fix, every day would be a leak the size of a pringles cap under engine/trans interface. Now - nothing. How did I fix it? By pouring a bottle of AT - 205 into the crankcase. Worked within a day. Unreal.

I'm getting tired of my splash shield getting pulled off if I drive too far forward when parking and it ends up on the curb or a parking stop. I really don't want to put it on again. I doubt there'll be any big consequences? Is anyone else out there driving without the engine splash shield?
