    I will check the screen and DCCV today. BTW hose at tee is very hot so hoping it is the dccv inop or clogged. Too bad it is such a bear to get to! New water pump and engine runs dead center on gauge all the time. Thanks

    '05 Navigator -- Air Suspension GONE!

    Agreed on the Monroe kit, I did my Navigator in under 2 hours and the kit was $200 from Rock auto. I just pulled the compressor fuse, light is on but it doesn't bother me.

    Chasing this all over. After closer examination I have just one hose going into the heater core very hot. The left top and bottom are just barely warm after my drive into work, 20 mins. Ice cold in cab zero heat. Thanks

    Thanks for all the help. I can hear the aux pump running somtimes after the car shuts off. Replaced thermostat, degas bottle, thermostat housing, water pump, now it was bled by a ford dealer, no overheating issues but 0 heat, not luke warm nothing. both heater hoses are hot. Blower motor works...

    Anyone ever try just bypassing the aux coolant pump? It appears that is the problem.

    Im assuming that just has a impeller inside and if not spinning will block flow. Can I just bypass the dumb thing? I would think the engine water pump probably has enough flow since mine is brand new. Thanks

    I just took it on a 800 mile trip, no heat and overheated sitting in Chicago traffic. Still maybe has air in it? 1 heater hose warm the other cold. 3 hours trying to bleed this thing. luke warm then cold following the bleed instructions , just going to scrap this piece of **** and take a loss...

    Re&Re - OEM Degas Bottle - GEN 1 V8

    If my degas bottle is cracked will that cause leaking behind the left front tire? I replaced the thermostat and water pump which was really easy but after slow in town driving when i shut it off i get alot of gurgling and steam leakage form that area. 2000 LS. Thanks

    Hi folks , my kid has a mint 91 markVII and is heading home for xmas in a few days from North Dakota-10 hour drive. Car runs great, thermostat and operating temp are fine. no fan blower motor running no matter how long the car is up to temp. Its 10 below out there , any ideas would be great...
