hey everybody. so i got a new head unit and the harness i got doesnt work with the stock stereo plugs. the grey one fits but the black square one doesnt... what should i do??? 1996 lincoln continental

has anybody done this? I just traded my mazda b2000 for a 96 lincoln continental and the air ride has takin a dump. just thinkin about converting the rear for now considering its only 200 bucks and im not sure how much i wanna pour into this car. if anybody has done just the rear, can you please...
