I have always run 5w20 in all my 4.6L. Im a ford tech, my 205k mile mark has 5w20 in it and is fine. All fords are 5w20 Expt 4.0 v6 5.0 v8 (old 5.0) And the new eco boost engines. 5w-20 in 2.3 2.5 3.7 3.5 3.0 12valve and 24 valve 4.6 (exsept new boss 302) 5.4 (exsept gt500 40w50)

On another note, i need help. i need a complete wiring harness for a 95 Mark Viii. the complete engine wiring, does anyone have a parts car with a complete wiring harness. i ****ed up and only grabbed the wiring for the top of the engine... not realizing that i missed a whole bunch of wiring.

yes it is needed, the k-member in the fox doesnt have the correct motor mounts, and the sn95 K-member is a direct bolt in. well aslmost, you just need to elongate the rear mount holes.

the engine is going to be all black.

All the lines and bolts are going to be replaced with lines from the swap car. none of the lines are needed, and all of the bolts are going to be replaced.

just got done doing this to my buddies car. what do you guys think?
