Can some one please tell me the location of the Transmission cooler for my 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII.. I do consider myself a pretty good mechanic my next question is can it be done at home in my garage or should I take it to the dealer considering any special tools or items needed ..Please help...

1997 Mark VIII Will be okay for 10-15 min of driving then display say's transmission overheating ,smoke comes from underneath Then tranny begins to slips until I go into Low gear (2) Fluid level ok Please help this is a 1997 Mark VIII. Any help will be nice Thanks Kevin
